Piers Morgan talked to Eva Longoria, best known for her role as Gabrielle Solis in “Desperate Housewives,” in an interview that airs tonight at 9pmET/PT. During the interview, Eva talks about her career, her family and more.

But she also delves into her recent divorce from NBA star Tony Parker. Piers asked if it was worse because it “plays out in public, and Longoria said yes. “It was hard,” she said. “It was devastating to go through on its own, much less publicly.”

She said she believed she would never be divorced, and it matched with her family’s mantra. The mantra, Longoria said, was “divorce is not an option.” “We always would kid about that,” she told Piers. ” You know, I’ll kill him before I divorce him.”
