I still love her character . . . It's understandable how much she'd change as each person grieves differently, but I miss her anal-retentetiveness (I'm sure I spelled that wrong). I thought it was good seeing a little of that old Bree back in the fifth episode.
I love the new Bree!! She can express her emotion now. I loved the old too but a person change after a loss. Marc Cherry just prove the real fact that a person can feel after a loss!! So we must deal with it!!!
I really really loved her outburst because I could see the old vicious Bree.. but at the same time I could also see the new Bree's tears and all the overwhelming emotions.. and now she's going with George! I love her even more still because now I can see what she's struggling with! She is still the most complex character in the show, and I adore her
I love both Bree's but I miss the anal-retentiveness! Last series she was putting up a happy facade, this year she is hiding the pain inside so it's not as fun. It looks as though it is going to be good next episode though! I think for the next episodes they need to balance the comedy out with the breakdown!
I love the old Bree and the New Bree, It's weird, waiting for sunday's episode just to see her..not be the Bree we know and love..I don't know..Makes me happy..And disgusted and..all these different things at once. In a way i don't think she'll ever be the season one Bree again, We can all see that her personality is slightly changing, her priorities..her clothes..It's just weird.
Well, i see all the posts about how much you dislike the fact that Bree's changed. All I can say is that I thínk that the writers and Marc Cherry can't keep going with the season 1 characters forever. There must be changes and i think it's real good. I am sure that we see many sides of Bree in the season that are before us in the future. We knew the neurotic woman and now the whole thing changes, not totally, but in certain ways. And i think that that's what DH is about. Changes. How bored would we be one day if we sit there in season 4,5 or whatever and we still have our season 1 Bree Van de Kamp just without Rex or a Lynette that still is a stay at home mom close to the edge. I think it's so important that Marc and writers give us the chance to see the characters in their complex way and i hope that they'll go so far that Vree will be an other human being in the end. That she stops the neurotic stuff and lets down the facade because I think that's the only way that we'll ever see bree happy.
I have to say again I totaly love the new Bree , did you guys see the pictures of Bree in a white dress from epi 2.09 ? wow Bree's going to be so sexy !!!
